Second Annual 5k Race

November 5th 2022 - San Pedro, Dominican Republic

We will sponsor our second annual 5K Race in the city of San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic. This year we will also have a time of worship in conjunction with the race. Our desire is to honor the Lord through this event and cause a revival in the city the weekend of the race. The theme for our weekend of worship is, “I will not let the stones cry out for me!” (Luke 19:40) May God turn many hearts to trust in Him during this first weekend in November! We are running 5000 meters and we are praying for 5000 new believers who will place their trust in Jesus for the first time! Will you pray for us now through November? Remember, what seems impossible to man is not impossible for God.

First Annual 5k Race

On November 6, 2021 - We were honored and blessed to host San Pedro’s, first ever 5k race!

What you see in this video are runners from surrounding cities joyously competing in a historic race.

But what you don’t see is that every runner placed a prayer request in our box to dedicate this race to - visualizing and praying throughout until they cross the finish line.

We are incredibly humbled and grateful to be used by God for this city, as we continually pray for a revival in San Pedro, DR.

The one thought we all had collectively afterwards - is that The Lord truly seeks after his children… and is chasing hard after them.

By God’s grace - the mayor made an appearance and granted us the ability to hold this race annually. Please be in prayer for that - as we wonder how else God will display his sovereignty in this and surrounding cities.

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.”
